GUIDING YOU BACK TO BALANCE
Hey, I’m Samantha
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping college-aged students and young adults learn how to manage symptoms of OCD, anxiety, and panic. My work focuses on themes of perfectionism and people pleasing, with clients often struggling with overthinking, rumination, self-doubt, and overwhelm. I’ve also enjoyed working with clients who have difficulty with contamination OCD, health anxiety/OCD, and themes of death and dying.
I’m passionate about assisting young adults in breaking free from unwanted compulsive cycles and increasing ability to sit with uncertainty. While I utilize evidence-based treatments, such as ERP, CBT, and ACT, I also bring a warm and welcoming approach to sessions.
If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send schedule a time for us to meet with an appointment request.
